  • Establish strong, long-term relationships with businesses seeking exceptional candidates, ensuring their hiring needs are met effectively
  • Collaborate with the Head of Sales to design and implement innovative sales strategies aimed at increasing B2B awareness and driving growth
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify the needs and preferences of potential clients, shaping tailored solutions
  • Act as the voice of our clients within the organization, providing insights and feedback to influence Immploy’s strategic direction and enhance our services

  • Conceptualize new process to increase our value proposition
  • Come up with and implement new ideas for our screening process
  • Develop our knowledge base for newcomers

  • Facilitate the mentorship program, meaning that you will be matching student candidates with potential mentors
  • Acquisition of new mentors willing to help our candidates
  • Work closely with our marketing team to drive more candidates to our platform
  • Improvement and conceptualization of every process related to our mentorship program, reaching from our product to the individual mentorship outreach

  • Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Able to build strong, professional relationships with diverse stakeholders and serve as a trusted point of contact
  • Great interpersonal skills: You will be in direct contact with our candidates and mentors and need to understand their needs and wishes
  • Prior knowledge in student engagement is a plus
