HR Committee Recruitment

  • Develop and implement personalized development plans to support members’ personal and professional growth.
  • Provide ongoing support and assistance to members to address challenges that they may face. 
  • Monitor team dynamics and provide solutions to improve cohesion and engagement within the organization.
  • Participate in the screening of applicants in the next recruitment cycle (board recruitment) and assist in the recruitment process. 
  • Assist in potential recruitment through ‘Headhunting’

You should be available for 4-6 hours a week. 

  • Interpersonal communication skills: ability to actively listen and convey ideas clearly to support members and address challenges effectively. Ability to interact professionally with candidates in various settings
  • Problem-solving: have a strong capability to identify issues within team dynamics and propose innovative and practical solutions to improve cohesion and engagement.
  • Strategic Planning: skills in designing and implementing personalized development plans that align with individual and organizational goals.
