The HR Committee is dedicated to fostering the professional and personal growth of its members across all ventures and committees. Our primary focus is on providing support and assistance to members. To achieve this, we aim to create personalized development plans for our members, helping them identify and achieve their personal and professional goals. Additionally, we work to create an environment where teams can operate smoothly and efficiently while ensuring that all members have an enjoyable and fulfilling experience within the organization. Through these efforts, we aim to contribute to the overall success and cohesion of Enactus EUR.
HR Development Manager
KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement personalized development plans to support members’ personal and professional growth.
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to members to address challenges that they may face.
- Monitor team dynamics and provide solutions to improve cohesion and engagement within the organization.
- Participate in the screening of applicants in the next recruitment cycle (board recruitment) and assist in the recruitment process.
- Assist in potential recruitment through ‘Headhunting’
You should be available for 4-6 hours a week.
SKILLS
- Interpersonal communication skills: ability to actively listen and convey ideas clearly to support members and address challenges effectively. Ability to interact professionally with candidates in various settings
- Problem-solving: have a strong capability to identify issues within team dynamics and propose innovative and practical solutions to improve cohesion and engagement.
- Strategic Planning: skills in designing and implementing personalized development plans that align with individual and organizational goals.
