Head of ESH
The Head of Erasmus Startup Hub (ESH) oversees all activities within the incubator arm of Enactus EUR, managing startup teams from ideation to early-stage development.
This role requires strategic oversight of ESH’s marketing, events, financial management, and close collaboration with the Venture Director and ESH Marketing Manager to ensure cohesive operations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage ESH incubator activities, ensuring strategic alignment across marketing, events, and startup support.
- Set clear goals and track progress for startups, providing guidance and support.
- Collaborate with the ESH Marketing Manager to ensure consistent and effective branding and promotional strategies.
- Plan and oversee events that align with ESH objectives and foster entrepreneurial growth.
- Manage ESH’s finances, ensuring responsible budget allocation and financial reporting.
- Regularly communicate startup progress, challenges, and opportunities to the Venture Director.
- Facilitate a supportive environment for startups by providing resources, mentorship, and networking opportunities.

Enrolled as a student at Erasmus University Rotterdam (EUR) for the 2025/2026 academic year
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with keen attention to detail
Basic financial management skills
