On January 29, 2025, Enactus EUR had the opportunity to visit Uber’s Amsterdam office for an exclusive In-House Day—an exciting experience that provided valuable insights into Uber’s operations, culture and career opportunities.
The day began with a general presentation about Uber, where we learned about its growth, global initiatives, and projects. Members gained a deeper understanding of how Uber continues to innovate and expand its impact worldwide.
We then had the privilege of hearing from several Uber professionals, including:
- Francesca Neri – Operations Coordinator at Uber
- Stanisław Kiryłło – Junior Operations Manager, EMEA Membership
- Iker Salazar Ortega – Global Strategy and Planning Associate – Uber Shuttle
They shared their experiences working at Uber, offering insights into internship and job opportunities, as well as the skills and mindset needed to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
One of the highlights of the day was the case-solving challenge, where members worked in teams to develop solutions for one of Uber’s latest initiatives. After presenting their ideas, they received valuable feedback from Uber experts, making it a truly hands-on learning experience.
Throughout the day, there were several networking opportunities, allowing our members to connect with Uber professionals, ask questions and explore potential career paths.
