UpSpud
Chief of Technical Operations
Your role:
- As Chief of Technical Operations at Upspud, you will lead and execute our production process end to end. With direct access to laboratories, you will run one to two prototyping sessions per week, collaborate with biotech experts, and organize on-field testing of our biodegradable plant pots. Our next technical priorities include improving water resistance and scaling up pot size. You will also play a key role in ensuring a strong technical–market fit of the product.
- No worries if you don’t have a formal technical background, all profiles are welcome as long as you are motivated, hands-on, and aligned with our mission.
Who we are looking for:
- Proactive and hands-on, taking ownership of the production process, testing new approaches, and independently reaching out to experts when needed.
- Strong team player– comfortable working within clearly defined roles while contributing to shared decision-making and staying informed about ongoing operations.
- Available for 10–15 hours per week, with flexibility around key milestones.
- Previous experience in technical projects or studies (e.g. engineering, materials, biotech, prototyping) is a strong plus but not required. Curiosity, motivation, and a willingness to learn matter most.
- High attention to detail and ability to follow instructions, especially in laboratory environments where safety rules and protocols must be strictly respected at all times.
Responsibilites:
- Lead and oversee prototype production, running at least one full production cycle per week.
- Design, maintain, and iterate on a production plan, including basic scenario planning.
- Proactively engage with external experts to review prototypes and support product refinement.
- Coordinate and monitor product testing, acting as the main point of contact between Upspud, laboratories, and testing centers.

Business Developer: Sales & E-commerce
Your role:
- We’re looking for a motivated and outgoing student to support the commercial side of the business through sales and e-commerce. As a Business Developer: Sales & E-commerce, you will help grow online and offline sales, manage customer-facing channels, and contribute to revenue generation. This role is ideal for someone interested in sales, digital commerce, and understanding how products reach customers.
- Expected workload: Approximately 10 hours per week
Who we are looking for:
- A proactive and motivated student interested in sales and e-commerce
- Organized, responsible, and perfectionist
- Curious about digital sales, online platforms, and customer experience
- Prior experience is a plus but not required
- Enjoys taking initiative and contributing fresh ideas

- Spot and explore new sales opportunities (online and offline)
- Identify and approach potential partners, resellers, and sales channels
- Support and manage ongoing sales relationships
- Actively maintain and update the e-commerce website (products, content, basic improvements)

Business Developer: Product Development & Growth
Your role:
- We’re looking for a hands-on and curious student to support the evolution and growth of our products. As a Business Developer: Product Development & Growth, you will help improve existing products, support the creation of new ones, and ensure smooth coordination with suppliers and production. This role is ideal for someone interested in product strategy, innovation, and long-term business growth.
- Expected workload: Approximately 10 hours per week

- Comfortable working on both creative and operational tasks

- Curious about how products are designed, produced, and improved

Hops & Co
Chief Technology Officer
Your role:
- Hops&Co. is a Rotterdam-based start-up with the mission to turn brewers’ spent grain waste into high-protein, high-nutritive flour for food establishments.
- The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Hops&Co. would therefore be responsible for building and scaling the start-up product and finishing the MVP stage to support the market entry in the beginning of 2026. Combining hands-on technical execution with strategic decision-making, ensuring that technology supports product quality, operational efficiency, traceability, and long-term growth. The CTO would be in charge of implementing an efficiency strategy for the production process, tracking prototyping execution, and planning an overall product development and delivery logistics strategy to support the company’s growth. The position would require a minimum of 12-14 hours per week.

Responsibilites:
- Define and execute Hops&Co.’s technology and innovation roadmap aligned with business and goals.
- Design and optimize production-related technologies (inventory, production process, quality control).
- Develop tracking elements for traceability, inventory, supplier management, and production monitoring.
- Ensure product consistency, food safety, and regulatory compliance. Lead technology-related R&D, to conclude the MVP stage and aim towards the mature & polished product stage.
- Support scalability from pilot to industrial production while controlling costs and waste.
- Translate technical complexity into clear insights for investors, partners, and non-technical stakeholders.

Event Manager
Your role:
- Help bring Enactus EUR to life by organizing meaningful events that inspire, connect, and empower students and the wider community. As part of the Events Committee, members work together to create workshops, professional events, and social gatherings that support personal and professional growth. This role plays a key part in building a vibrant, welcoming, and engaged Enactus community.

Responsibilites:
- Contribute to brainstorming, planning, and organizing engaging events that reflect Enactus EUR’s mission.
- Coordinate event logistics such as venue booking, catering, equipment setup, and registration.
- Collaborate with other committees to ensure events support both member needs and organizational goals.
- Interact with attendees during events to foster connections and gather feedback for improvement.
